Shipping is available to customers in the following countries:
Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.
The shipping cost is reflected at checkout. Depending on the shipping country, customers may be subject to import duties or taxes; customers are responsible to pay for them.
Orders are processed within 48 hours Monday – Friday. Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping.
Refunds or replacements are only available for defective and/or damaged products. To apply for a return, simply notify our customer service via e-mail within 15 days from receiving your product. Please include photos of the defective and/or damaged product in the attachment of your e-mail.
When the return is approved, please ship the product to the address stated in your returns e-mail. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. Once received, we will process a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. Shipping costs for the replacement product will be covered by Align.
